What we collect

• Training interactions: selections you make in drills (e.g. which option you choose), session progress, and feedback like “Was this useful?”
• Context you pick: game/mode/BR band and the improvement goal you choose (e.g. “I die too early”)
• Basic, aggregated usage analytics: to understand which pages/features are used and whether the product is working reliably

What we do not collect

• No private code (ever)
• No in-game account linking in v0 (no Gaijin login, no player stats access)
• No selling of personal data
• No attempt to identify individual players from training usage

Why we collect it

• To improve training quality (the best drills get shown more; low quality drills get improved or removed)
• To understand common pain points (in aggregate) so the training focuses on what players actually struggle with
• To keep the site reliable and measure basic performance

Contact form data

When you submit our contact form, we collect the following information:

• Required fields: First name, last name, email address, and your message
• Optional fields: Company name and phone number (if provided)

Legal basis for processing: We process this data based on your consent (by submitting the form, you agree to our privacy policy) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.

How we use it: Contact form submissions are sent via email to our support team at support@gamegym.gg so we can respond to your questions or suggestions. We do not use this information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request it.

Data retention: We retain contact form submissions in our email system for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion (whichever comes first). This allows us to maintain context for follow-up conversations and improve our service based on feedback.

Third-party processors: We use the following services to process contact form data:

• Resend (Resend Inc., servers in Ireland/EU): Used to send email notifications of contact form submissions. Resend processes your email address and message content temporarily to deliver emails. See Resend's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): Used for security verification to prevent spam and abuse. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your contact form data at any time by emailing us at support@gamegym.gg. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Accounts and “remembering progress”

If you choose to create an account later, it will be to save progress and personalise training. You’ll be able to continue training without an account for as long as possible.

Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site usage and performance (for example: which pages are visited, and whether the site is fast and stable). We use it to improve the product — not to track you across the internet.

Cookies and local storage

GameGym may use essential cookies or local storage to keep the site working smoothly (for example, maintaining a session and remembering your current step in a flow). We aim to keep cookies minimal.

Cloudflare Turnstile: When you use our contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use local storage for security verification purposes. These are essential for preventing spam and abuse.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure email delivery through trusted providers
• Regular security assessments of our systems
• Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

Data controller and your rights

Your rights under UK GDPR: You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations)

• Data portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, please email us at support@gamegym.gg. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have not handled your data appropriately.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Resend and Cloudflare) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

• Resend operates servers in Ireland (EU), which has adequacy decisions with the UK
• Cloudflare may process data in the US, but operates under appropriate data transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable)
